ErmisAI documentation
Two manuals — a guide for the newsroom that uses ErmisAI, and a reference for the engineers who build and operate it.
ErmisAI is an AI newsroom. It monitors a catalogue of news sources, groups the same event as it is reported across different outlets, drafts a story in your newsroom's language, and holds that draft for an editor to approve before it goes anywhere.
These docs come in two parts. They have different readers and different rules, so they are kept apart rather than interleaved.
Newsroom guide
For the people who use ErmisAI. Create your account, set up your desk, work the feed, review drafts, and get approved stories out. No engineering knowledge assumed.
Platform & engineering
For the people who build and operate ErmisAI. Route surfaces, the AI runtime, persistence, the ingestion pipeline, operations runbooks, and the integration API.

What these pages promise
How to read this documentation
- Every page describes what ErmisAI does today, not what is planned.
- Every claim points at something you can check: a screen, a setting, a status, a file.
- Where a feature is limited, gated behind a plan, or simply unavailable, the page says so in the same breath as the feature itself.
- If a page disagrees with the product, the product is right. Tell us at ermisai.com/contact.
